Lottery and the Law of Attraction - Avoid These 7 Mistakes

Is it really possible to win the lottery using the Law of Attraction? I've seen plenty of "experts" say no - that it's a "selfish" goal, that you're trying to "get something for nothing" which the universe won't support, and other reasons that seem plausible at first glance.

However, I happen to disagree with all of these reasons simply because I have proven to myself that the Law of Attraction can be used for anything - including winning the lottery. How do I know for sure? Because I've done it. No, I haven't won millions of dollars or anything so grand - but I did manage to transform myself from a person who almost NEVER won the lottery, to a person who wins something almost every time she buys tickets, including some really decent prize amounts - and they keep getting bigger the more I work on it. To me that's pretty impressive proof!

The thing about all of the so-called reasons why we can't win the lottery with the Law of Attraction is that they are simply BELIEFS. Anyone who believes them cannot experience anything that conflicts with those beliefs. They believe it's impossible, so it's impossible (for them). I always believed it was possible to start winning more often, so it has been possible for me.

Here's another important point: the universe sees NO DIFFERENCE between you asking for a lottery win, a better job, a new car, a loving relationship or anything else you would ask for! Do you think any of these things are "too much" for the universe to handle? Of course not. It's only our own perceptions that make things seem too big or too small.

How to Win the Lottery With the Law of Attraction

To attract lottery wins, you need to do the same thing you would to attract anything else: start visualizing it daily! The more consistent you are, the more consistently you'll start to see positive results.

However, there ARE some common mistakes that people make when attempting to do this, and these mistakes are often enough to throw up huge blockages in their "energy signal", which prevents them from getting results.

Below I've highlighted seven of the most common mistakes:

1) Trying to win too much, too fast.

It would be great to win a huge jackpot, and it's not impossible to do - but it is extremely unlikely that you'll go from chronic lack to being an instant millionaire. Instead, it's much more likely that you will start winning smaller amounts first - which then keep getting bigger and more frequent - which will eventually lead to the bigger win. Unfortunately, most people don't know this and they think it's not working, and they make this next mistake:

2) Getting angry when you don't win (or win small amounts).

What kind of message are you sending to the universe when you get mad that you don't win (or win smaller amounts)?? Yikes! As hard as it may be, you need to start celebrating EVERY WIN. Even if it's just a dollar. And when you don't win at all? Just shrug your shoulders and say, "That's okay, I'll win next time. I always win!" You may not believe it at first, but the more you keep emphasizing it, the more it will become true for you.

3) Buying too many tickets.

Please do yourself a favor and keep your lottery spending in moderation. Buying more tickets will NOT help you win faster! If you're not in alignment with winning, you simply won't win no matter how many tickets you buy.

4) Dismissing intuition.

Have you ever had a hunch that you should play a certain number in the lottery, or buy a certain instant scratch ticket? Pay attention to those nudges! The last time I listened to one of them, I ended up being $500 richer.

5) Focusing on lack between visualizations.

Another common mistake people make is spending 15 minutes visualizing themselves winning the lottery, and the rest of the day complaining and feeling angry about not having enough money! Visualizing yourself winning is not enough to transform your entire financial life. You also need to get into alignment with abundance by thinking positively about money and all forms of abundance.

6) Expecting the lottery to solve your financial problems.

This seems to make sense - because after all, winning the lottery would take care of a lot of financial concerns, right? But the catch is that you CAN'T win the lottery from a mindset of having financial problems - you can only win from an abundant mindset! That means you need to resolve your mental focus on lack before you can allow the lottery win into your life. I know, it sounds like a horrible "catch-22" but it's true.

7) Being "attached" to winning the lottery.

Another of those annoying "catch-22" situations is that you cannot win the lottery if you desperately NEED to win. The more you feel needy and desperate to have that money, the farther out of your reach the money will move. The reason is obvious; by feeling needy and desperate you can only experience situations in which you continue to feel needy and desperate. Winning the lottery won't be one of them! To win the lottery, you need to ALREADY feel abundant - just as you will when you do win.

Does it seem hard to believe that you can really win the lottery with Law of Attraction? It's not only possible but EASY if you know how! Visit http://www.opentoprosperity.com for step by step instructions on how to use the Law of Attraction to attract money, win the lottery and other neat stuff!

The Early Bird Free Lottery Ticket From Lottario

One of the greatest joys is getting something for free, including free lottery tickets. The Lottario game, available to play only in Ontario, Canada, offers this and it's called Early Bird.

Here's how it works. Lottario costs $1 to play and offers jackpots that start at $250,000 and grow until someone wins it. The odds of winning the jackpot per play are approximately 1-in-4-million. The game odds are, relatively, good and the prizes are decent, which makes it a good game on its own. But, you also get something for free, depending on when you buy the ticket.

Lottario draws happen once per week, every Saturday evening. If you purchase your Lottario ticket prior to midnight on Friday night, you get a bonus set of numbers to play a game called Early Bird. That, in itself, is a free lottery ticket because you don't get it if you purchase the ticket on the Saturday, hence the name of the game.

The Early Bird numbers are a set of 4 separate numbers and you have to match them all to win the prize. The prize for matching all 4 numbers is usually between $400 and $600, depending on ticket sales and number of winners. This may not seem like such a great prize for a lottery game, but it really is when you consider the cost of the ticket - Free!

The odds of winning the Early Bird prize are approximately 1-in-5,000. So, if you live in Ontario, don't forget to buy your lottario tickets prior to Saturday or you'll miss out on the free lottery ticket!

Washington DC Switches to Greek Firm for Lottery

"And the winner is ... Greek lottery giant Intralot.

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer announced Friday that Intralot would be recommended to take over the city's lottery system for what could be the next 10 years, depending on contract renewals.

The selection had been highly controversial as international firms Intralot and GTech, the current vendor, battled it out for the District turf. They both had been partnered with well-connected local business interests, and there were accusations of favoritism on both sides.

The council rejected a contract awarded to Intralot, which was partnered with local firm W2I, a new company with ties to Mayor Adrian M. Fenty (D)."

Store clerk accused of stealing $1M lottery prize

"A 25-year-old convenience store clerk pocketed a customer's $1 million winning lottery ticket, claimed the prize and skipped town, possibly back to his native Nepal, authorities said.

Pankaj Joshi took 67-year-old Willis Willis' winning Mega Millions megaplier ticket after Willis asked Joshi in May to check whether any of his numbers were winners, investigators said in a search warrant affidavit last month.

Joshi claimed the prize - about $750,000 after taxes - at the lottery claim center in Austin, had the money wired to a bank account and disappeared, authorities said.

'Never to this degree have we seen a clerk steal a megaplier winning ticket,' assistant district attorney Patty Robertson said Wednesday."

Councilmember Kenyatta: Detroit needs own lottery

"Councilman Kwame Kenyatta said it's time for Detroit to begin creating more revenue sources.

His platform includes creating an amusement park area for Belle Isle and turning Detroit into an entertainment hub by providing tax incentives for musicians or digital media companies.

But the most controversial could be creating a Detroit lottery, a proposal Kenyatta says will generate significant money. He estimates $600 million is generated in the lottery in Wayne County.

'Detroit needs to get its own lottery,' Kenyatta said. 'If you don't want to give us our own lottery, at least give us a Detroit ticket. I don't think we're going to stop playing the Michigan lottery, just as many people have not stopped playing the street lottery, the Chicago lottery or the New York lottery. If we had a Detroit lottery or ticket dedicated to some part of the general budget, that would reduce the burden on the taxpayer.'"

Sarah logged into the Lotto Max online lottery website and purchased a $9 Powerball ticket just before going to bed. 'Every time I pay bills, I can't sleep at night' says Sarah while explaining how stressful paying for student dorms, books and university fees can be. 'It's rather odd, but the numbers I chose actually coincide with the specific amounts owed this month for university dorm and other related school tuition fees'."

NH man turns lottery losses into 1,500 wins

"William Rudd, a 64-year-old retiree from Salem, has collected more than 1,500 prizes including food, gift certificates and other goodies under the state lottery's 'Replay' program, which gives losing lottery tickets a second chance to win.

Rudd, who retired five years ago from his job in a warehouse, says his friends and family now know him as the 'lottery guy,' because he spends so much time collecting losing tickets and entering the information online, which is how the Replay program works.

They aren't big-money prizes, but for Rudd, they've added up.

Here's just a sampling of his haul: four bottles of maple syrup, 20 pizzas, 33 ice cream cones, 86 cinnamon buns, 92 steakhouse gift certificates, 161 chicken sandwiches, and 484 cups of coffee to wash it all down."

Arkansas Lottery Director Ernie Passailaigue said that between 1.3 and 1.4 million dollars in tickets have been sold each day, generating more than a million dollars for scholarships in the first week of operations.

The ticket has the winning numbers 1, 2, 4, 19 and 30, lottery officials said. Winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim prizes.

A player winds the Fantasy 5 jackpot by matching five numbers out of a field of 39."

Florida is No. 1 in the nation for Powerball sales

The $189 million Powerball winner in Orlando Saturday? The odds were in our favor in Florida.

Florida is No. 1 among the 30 participating states (and the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands) for Powerball sales, selling about 15 percent of all tickets, said Chuck Strutt of the Multi-State Lottery Association.

'It's just a statistical likelihood that the state would have more winners,' he says.

He didn't have a figure for ticket sales, but by my math: with about $3.25 billion in sales a year, that means we sell more than $9 million a week in tickets.

Of those sales, 40 percent goes to state education, 10 percent goes to retailers' sales commissions, vendors and operational expenses, and 50 percent is paid back out in prizes.

While Saturday's jackpot winner was the first since Florida added Powerball in January, we've already had 13 $1 million winners. Those are players who have picked five of five numbers but not the Powerball. But they did pick the Power Play option -- which makes for an automatic $1 million."

The ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers chosen on October 3rd. It is the fourth ticket in the past several days to have won second prize in Arizona.
