A single Powerball ticket purchased in Glendale still goes unclaimed as of Monday afternoon, after matching five numbers for a $200,000 second prize.
The ticket was sold at the Fry's Food Store located at 6625 W. Happy Valley Road, and is one of three in the country that have won the second prize.
The ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers chosen on October 3rd. It is the fourth ticket in the past several days to have won second prize in Arizona.
